Once the prototype is approved, we prepare a detailed quote based on the final concept. The quote includes a clear specification of the services, a timeline and a cost estimate.

Start-up
We organize a kick-off meeting to go through the project plan in detail, clarify issues and ensure agreement on objectives and timelines. We also set up a communication plan for ongoing dialog and updates during the project.

Foundation for the future
Now that the first project has been completed and delivered, we are preserving the base models we created from your 3D models that made this project possible. These can then be reused in future projects, leading to a more cost and time efficient solution.
